our process/

Prepress and the proofing process

This is to all the print production functions that occurs from when the files are sent from the PC to the printer to the printing itself. These functions include some of the following steps: getting media files, proof reading, review and approval, making any final corrections, creating the plates for the offset press.

Printing (offset vs. digital)

Printing is the process of applying ink to paper using either offset or digital press. Using the offset press is the most cost effective way of producing larger quantities of printed materials, whereas the digital press is used more for smaller quantities at a lower production cost. Kindly note that the final product of offset vs digital will look slightly different when printed.

Bindery/Finish

On job completion, the next step includes one or a few more steps depending on the print project: trimming/cutting, laminating, scoring, folding, perforating, binding or stitching. And finally, packaging for delivery.

Delivery

We end the printing process when we have delivered your job to your given home or office address on time.
